We're happy to tailor our program to your needs, whether one, two or three months with us in sunny Costa del Sol. 

 

Below are your educational options while attending the Spain Abroad Cultural Immersion and Language program.

College Students

Leon

University of Leon

  • 20 hours of small group Spanish language classes, M-F afternoons

  • 3 transferable college credits per month!

  • Friday cultural excursions to practice your Spanish with fellow classmates

  • A certification test is optional at the end of your time in Spain

  • 3 local cultural excursions per month to Cathedral tour, San Isidro tour, San Marcos/MUSAC, Museo de Leon, Casa Botines

  • 2 regional cultural excursions per month to places such as Astoria/Las Medusas, Cuevas de Valporquero, Salamanca, Valencia de Don Juan, Mountain of Leon, Cantabria

The University of Leon has been home to study abroad home stay programs for decades.  Classes are within walking distance of home stays.  The city of Leon thrive students, traveling from all over the world, to enroll in their language program.  We are so fortunate to have their resources and support as we expose our students to the amazing culture of Leon.

  • Friday cultural excursions to practice your Spanish with fellow classmates

  • A certification test is optional at the end of your time in Spain (SIELE)

  • Certification possibly accepted for college credit at a 4 year college in the United States

  • Classes are taught in an organic, conversational style, providing a more practical grasp of the language.

  • Class takes place in the evenings (5-9) which allows students to spend their days doing other activities.
